| Virginia Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda Inc., is an organization for secondary (FBLA) and post-secondary (PBL) students enrolled in business classes or those interested in the field of business. FBLA-PBL members focus on three major areas: |
Serving schools and communities |
Developing competent, aggressive leadership skills |
Promoting academic excellence |
To develop leadership skills, FBLA-PBL members participate in a wide variety of leadership development activities and conferences on local, state, and national levels. At conferences, students attend leadership workshops and participate in competitive events.
Leadership conference participation can cost each student up to $1,000 depending upon location. Many schools are limited in conducting fundraising projects to support FBLA-PBL activities. |
| The Virginia FBLA-PBL Foundation, Inc., serves the FBLA-PBL members in Virginia by providing support for: |
